• To claim misprinted, damaged, or defective items, you must submit your request within 3 days of delivery.
  For replacements, please send us unboxing videos and pictures of the defective product, along with images of the original packaging, IN OUR WHATSAPP AND MENTIONING YOUR ORDER ID.
  All claims for replacements must be submitted within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• If you would like to exchange or return a product due to a wrong size being ordered or without any defects, it would be handled at your expense by placing a new order.

• For items lost in transit, VELVUZ AUREUZ will issue a replacement once the shipping status marks the item as lost.

• If you do not have an unboxing video of the order and we fail to verify the cause, VELVUZ AUREUZ will not be liable for replacement of such products.

WASHING INFO

1. Turn Inside Out – Always turn the T-shirt inside out before washing to protect the print.

2. Cold Water Wash – Use cold or lukewarm water (30°C / 86°F max) to prevent shrinkage and preserve the print.

3. Mild Detergent – Avoid harsh detergents, bleach, or fabric softeners, as they can break down the print.

4. Hand Wash or Gentle Cycle – Preferably hand wash or use the machine’s gentle cycle to reduce friction.

5. Avoid Overloading – Do not wash with rough fabrics like denim or items with zippers that could damage the print.

Additional Tips:

✅ No dry cleaning – The chemicals may damage the print.
✅ Avoid excessive stretching – Pulling the fabric around the print can cause cracking.

DRYING INFO

• Air Dry Recommended – Hang dry or lay flat in the shade to prevent fading and cracking.

• Avoid Direct Sunlight – Prolonged sun exposure can cause fading.

• No Tumble Drying – High heat can shrink the cotton and damage the DTF print.

IRONING INFO

• Iron Inside Out – If needed, iron inside out on low heat.

• Do Not Iron Directly on Print – Use a cloth over the print if ironing near the design.
